Earlier this year, we found ourselves in Mexico City for Sabor es Polanco - one of the country’s most celebrated culinary festivals.
Set in the heart of Polanco, the event brings together leading restaurants, renowned chefs, and premium food and beverage brands for a weekend centred around flavour, creativity, and shared experience.
Across the festival, guests moved between tastings, live activations, and culinary moments - exploring a vibrant mix of Mexican and international cuisine.
Within this setting, we introduced porter green to a new audience, offering a curated selection of our collection directly to attendees. It was an opportunity to see our pieces out in the world - picked up, used, and enjoyed in real time.
At the centre of our space was a collaboration that brought an added layer of energy and individuality. Miami-based artist Nat from nat.just.ink joined us, custom painting our cups live throughout the event.
Each piece became something unique - illustrated in the moment, shaped by conversation, and taken home as a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Watching these designs come to life, and seeing guests connect with the process, created a sense of interaction that extended beyond product.
It was a weekend defined by creativity, flavour, and connection.
To everyone who stopped by, shared a moment with us, or left with a personalised piece - thank you.
We’re excited to keep exploring new spaces, new collaborations, and new ways to bring porter green to life.
