behind the scenes with porter green

It’s been a tumultuous start to the decade, to say the least. Along with the rest of the world, here at team pg we’ve spent the past few months having a reset, and taking stock of what we’re doing and where we’re going.

At the heart of our business has always been our commitment to the community. When the world hit pause and industries across the country were forced to close, we took time away from manufacturing reusable everyday products to introduce the Safety Edit - a collection of high end hand sanitising serum and surface spray, suitable for both retail and personal use. In the wake of strengthened health & safety guidelines both at work and at home, we are proud to supply Australians with these quality products and help resist the further spread of Covid-19.

As restrictions ease and doors begin to open, we’re looking ahead to brighter times and are excited to introduce the beautiful new collection of our much-loved sustainable products: urbb, driss, fegg, stemm and perss. To coincide with these new releases we are rebranding team pg, and have just completed a gorgeous lifestyle shoot to celebrate this exciting relaunch. We cannot wait to show you the new and improved porter green.

We were delighted to have photographer Sara D’Ambrosio shoot this new collection for us on a wintery Saturday morning in Edinburgh Gardens. The concept was expertly envisioned by our creative director, Matilda Collett, and focused on a gorgeous autumnal picnic complete with layered rugs, cheeses, fresh bread, pears and pomegranates. And, of course, our beautiful products.

Although our reusable, unbreakable feggs & stemms are the perfect accessory to an outdoor summer event, nothing says autumn/winter like rugging up and enjoying a glass of red outside in the crisp autumn air. The colours of our new collection will compliment any style from season to season, and our vision for the winter lifestyle shoot was to highlight our core value - that sustainability is stylish all year round.
